This quick online module covers how to use the MySOS ID Badge device with the Peoplesafe service. It includes short videos and a few multiple‑choice questions.
Scan the QR code with your phone's camera to save the Peoplesafe contact numbers, so you'll always know it's Peoplesafe calling and that you need to answer.
Watch this video to learn how to switch on your device, understand its lights, keep GPS updated, raise an SOS alarm, and how the Peoplesafe team supports you during an incident.
The MySOS 4G ID Badge has a battery life of up to 10 days.
Charges via a magnetic charging strip or plug‑in cable. Takes around 4 hours to fully charge.
A red light shows while charging — turns off when fully charged. Device beeps at 30% battery.
To turn on or off: press and hold the power button for 4 seconds, then wait for the light sequence to finish.
When you raise an alarm, the ARC instantly receives your GPS location, live audio, and personal risk profile. Trained operators verify the incident and can bypass 999 to contact police directly with full context.
