What if devices are not appearing in Nexus after migration?

Devices should appear on the device page in Nexus when you log into your account. When the devices complete their migration, you will begin to see battery information and a last communication date appear on the device page.

Check which devices are yet to migrate by selecting the last communication date filter to none.

If devices are not listed on the device page but appear in your legacy Peoplesafe portal account, please contact Customer Support by emailing the serial number to nexus.support@peoplesafe.co.uk
