When migrating your account to Nexus, our team spotted unique escalation plans for specific people.
In Nexus, escalation plans cannot be assigned to the individual person like our legacy portal. In Nexus these escalations must be added to a team and the person/people added to the team.
Each escalation plan had a unique reference number assigned to it to help identify the plan during the migration process and these numbers were used in the team name to help identify the correct individuals to assign to the team.
To update the name of the team, simply select the edit option when viewing a team and change the name to something more recognisable to your organisation.
