This process is Client-Specific
For specific clients, like those who have migrated from Alertcom or those with special arrangements in place, there is a feature in place to change a subscription. If you cannot view the Change Subscription button on Nexus under the device page, this process does not apply to you.
Order Devices
You can order 1-10 devices to a single address through this button
- Open the device page by selecting the Apps & Devices option on the menu.
- Select Change Subscription
- A form will open, and choose the option to to order devices.
- Enter all the required information on the form presented including the qty of devices.
Only provide User details for orders of 1 device, if the profile has already been created. - Select Submit
- You will receive a confirmation email once submitted.
- You will receive another email with all form information once the order is processed. This email will also go to the person who receives and pays for bills.
- Tracking information will be sent to you or the user (if provided) once shipped.
- Make sure you have created user profiles for each person so you can provide training and assign the devices to them when they arrive.
Cancel a Subscription
This process only allows you to remove a single subscription at a time, if you wish to cancel your entire subscription base, email cancellations@peoplesafe.co.uk
- Open the device page by selecting the Apps & Devices option on the menu.
- Select Change Subscription
- A form will open, choose the option to cancel a subscription.
- Enter all the required information on the form presented.
- Ensure a user email address is provided.
- Select Submit
- You will receive a confirmation email once submitted.
- You will receive another email with all form information once the change is processed. This email will also go to the person who receives and pays for bills.
- Return the device to: Emerald House, East Street, Epsom, Surrey KT17 1HS
What happens next?
Your next invoice will show the addition or subtraction noted with the date.
Any following months' invoices will not show this note, but the updated qty of subscriptions paid for. You can check which subscriptions are being paid for by checking the Apps & Device report for the period of your bill.
