The help content built into Nexus is delivered through a third-party tool called Pendo. If the Help button in Nexus does not work when clicked then your IT infrastructure is blocking requests to Pendo.
Please get in touch with your IT team and ask them to whitelist the following end-points on both your network and your anti-virus to ensure that Nexus and all content are fully accessible from your computer:

- data.eu.pendo.io for help content
