You must follow the steps to complete the successful migration of people who use their Lone Worker App and have received notice that they do not have an email address.
Their text message will say:
This is Safeshores, we tried to upgrade your application but require an email address on your online profile. Please ask your Manager to add your email address and app license on Nexus.
App users must have an email address to enable access to the Peoplesafe App.
These users will be on Nexus and will need an email address added, access enabled and an app assigned.
Update their profile
- On the People page search for the user name
- Select their name to open their profile
- Select Edit
- Enter their email Address
- Enable portal access
- Save
Assign their App
Ask them to upgrade their App
