Add an email address for App Users

You must follow the steps to complete the successful migration of people who use their Lone Worker App but do not have an email address present. 

App users must have an email address to enable access to the Peoplesafe App. 

These users will be on Nexus and will need an email address added, access enabled and an app assigned.

If you have people sharing a mobile, use a team email address or a Managers email address to set up the application. Please note that email addresses in Nexus must be unique. 

Update their profile 

  1. On the People page search for the user name 
  2. Select their name to open their profile 
  3. Select Edit 
  4. Enter their email Address 
  5. Enable portal access
  6. Save
