How to set up your App

First, install the Peoplesafe App

Install the Peoplesafe App through your phone app store.

If you are unable to install the app, your company may provide apps for your phone through a private app store or portal.

Next, Login

The Peoplesafe app provides two login methods, using a password of your choice or Microsoft Single Sign On (SSO)*. 

*Single Sign On needs to be approved by your organisation.

Option 1: Set a password for access.

Find your welcome email. 

  1. Search your emails for the sender noreply@peoplesafe.co.uk or the subject Welcome to Peoplesafe
  2. Select the Log into your account button in the email.

Enter a Password

Enter a strong password with at least 8 characters. Do not share this password with anyone.

Verify that it's you 

  1. Select the option to send a verification code. 
  2. Open the email with your Two Factor Authentication code
  3. Copy and paste this into Nexus

You should now be able to access Nexus and view your own profile:

Now Access the Peoplesafe App 

Once opened, enter your email address and password into the app under the email tab.

Option 2: Sign in WIth Microsoft

Open the Peoplesafe app and choose the option Sign in with Microsoft.

This will take you to your Microsoft sign-in/authenticator pages before you gain access to the app. If you are unable to access the application, your company may not have approved the use of SSO for Peoplesafe.

 

Finally, complete set-up

Next, you will be asked to enter your mobile number, you do not need to enter the first zero.

Then confirm the verification code sent to you by text message, if your telephone number was entered correctly above.
