This article outlines the different scenarios that may occur following a Welfare Check received into the Peoplesafe Pro App.
1. Successful Response (Tap "Yes")
- Action: When you respond "Yes" to a Welfare Check, the system records your response.
- Outcome:
- The current Welfare Check is completed.
- Your Activity Timer continues to run and your next Welfare Check will arrive at the interval scheduled.
2. Unsuccessful Response (Tap "No")
- Action: If you respond "No" to a Welfare Check, indicating a potential emergency.
- Outcome:
- A "Duress Alarm" is automatically created.
- Once the emergency is addressed, the "Duress Alarm" is closed.
- Your Activity Timer continues to run and your next Welfare Check will arrive at the interval scheduled.
3. No Response
- Action: You fail to respond to the Welfare Check within 5 minutes of receiving the notification.
- Outcome:
- The App will recevie an overrun notifcation for a missed check.
- A lack of response will trigger automated calls before an alarm is raised
- A call will be made after 5 minutes
- If unanswered another call will be made after a further 5 minutes
- If these attempts are unsuccessful, a "Welfare Check Failed Alarm" is created.
- Once the situation is resolved, the "Welfare Check Failed Alarm" is closed.
- Your Activity Timer continues to run and your next Welfare Check will arrive at the interval scheduled.
