• Incident Notification Improvement: Incident notification emails now display the time in 24 hour format.

• Data Management: A PATCH API has been implemented for Person objects, enabling partial data updates.
• Administrative Control: Enhanced controls now restrict modifications to Profiles, Teams, and Groups to administrative users only for data created by an integration, reinforcing data integrity and security.

• Portal access error message has been refined to provide clearer guidance when assigning app subscriptions to end users

• Resolved an issue causing errors when uploading existing users into the same account.

• Corrected a formatting error resulting in missing spaces after colons in w3w addresses.
• Fixed a bug causing app login emails to display outdated portal account names.
• Addressed an issue where late "No" responses to welfare checks caused the app to become stuck in an overrun state.
• Fixed a bug where the next welfare check would not be sent after a delayed response to a previous check.
