How to schedule it:
- Go to Reports
- Select Usage Report
- Set the date range to Last 7 Days
- Set Active Usage to Not Active
- Click Apply
- Click the Schedule button
- Name your report (e.g., “Weekly Non-Usage – Team A”)
- Set frequency to Weekly
- Choose a delivery day (avoid Fridays for best visibility)
- Add any additional recipients (e.g., supervisors or team leaders)
