What if an error says “Something went wrong” when logging in or resetting my password?

If you are getting a “Something went wrong” error when trying to log into Nexus or when trying to reset your Nexus password this is likely to be caused by an IT configuration on your network, preventing you from accessing the page properly. 


Please contact your IT team and ask them to whitelist the following end-points on both your network and your anti-virus to ensure that Nexus and all content is fully accessible from your computer:

  • *.peoplesafe.io
  • *.peoplesafe.co.uk
  • gstatic.com/* for google recaptcha
  • data.eu.pendo.io for help content
