How to Return a Device to Peoplesafe

If you need to return a device, please follow the guidelines below.

When Can I Return a Device?

You can return a device under the following circumstances:

  1. Faulty Device: The device is faulty, and Customer Support has issued a replacement.

  2. Damaged Device: The device is damaged, and Customer Support has issued a replacement.

  3. Lost and Found: The device was lost, but a replacement device was issued by Customer Support.

  4. Trial Period: The device was part of a trial, and the trial has now ended.

  5. Cancelled Device: The device has been cancelled.

Please do not return a device unless one of the above criteria applies.

In certain cases, our team may provide you with a link to return the device free of charge.

If your device is faulty, damaged, or lost, or if you have any questions, please contact Customer Support.

Please return your device to the following address:

How Should I Package the Device for Return?

  • Ensure the device is clean and securely packaged in a parcel.

  • Clearly label the package with the return address provided above.

Please follow the guidance from the courier service you are using:

You do not need to return the charging cable, plug, box, or any accessories. Only the device itself is required.

Before packaging, please ensure that any personal items (such as ID cards or lanyards) are removed from the device.

 

Returning Large Volumes of Devices

If you are returning a large volume of devices, please email us the serial numbers of the devices you are returning at:
order.fulfilment@peoplesafe.co.uk

 

What Happens if I Don’t Return the Device?

Devices are leased by Peoplesafe, and if a device is not returned within the given timeframe, charges will apply.

If the device is not returned within the specified period, an invoice will be issued.

 

What Happens When I Return the Device?

Once we receive your returned device, our team will process it and remove it from your Nexus account. Please allow at least one week for processing.

If your device has not been removed from your account after this time, please email us the serial number and proof of delivery at: customer.support@peoplesafe.co.uk  for assistance.
