4. Get help when you need it most
Press and hold the SOS button for 4 seconds to raise an alarm.
Raise an alarm straight away if you feel unsafe, unwell, uneasy, or uncomfortable — or if you see someone else who needs help. You never need to wait for things to escalate. If it doesn’t feel right, raise the alarm.
When activated, the Peoplesafe Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) instantly receives your location, live audio, and risk profile. Trained operators quickly assess the situation and, if needed, bypass 999 to contact the nearest police force directly — sharing critical details to get help to you faster.
