Why does the device have lights?
The lights on your device serve as indicators to show its current status. They provide vital information about your device's mobile network connection, GPS position, connectivity, and battery strength.

What do the lights mean?
Here’s a breakdown of what each light indicates:
Amber Light: Network Indicator

Double Flash (every 5 seconds): Strong network signal.

Single Flash (every 5 seconds): Weak network signal.

No Flash: No connection to a GSM network (no signal).

Continuous Light: Indicates a SIM card issue. Restart your device to resolve this.
Red Light: Battery Indicator

Continuously Lit: The device is charging and will turn off once fully charged.

Flashing (once every 2 seconds): Battery is operating normally.

Rapid Flashing (when SOS button is pressed): Indicates the SOS button has been activated. The light will then flash double every two seconds while the request is being processed and will return to normal once the request is complete.

Double Flash (every 2 seconds): Occurs while performing a position request or making a phone call.

Flashes Three Times (every 5 seconds): Battery is low and requires charging.
Blue Light: GPS Indicator
- Flashes Blue (every 5 seconds): The device has successfully acquired a GPS signal and has an up-to-date position.
Green Light: Manual Position Indicator (Microguard Only)

When Power Button is Pressed: The green light flashes and the device vibrates to confirm the button press.

While Performing a Manual Position Request: The red light will double flash.
