Alarm Intelligence simplifies the process of understanding comprehensive Closed Alarm Reports through a few easy steps:
- Generate Summary: When viewing a Real or Precautionary Closed Alarm Report, you'll see a new option to "Generate Summary." Clicking this button sends the report for analysis.
- AI Processing: The Closed Alarm Report is securely processed by AI in Peoplesafe's dedicated Azure environment. All data is stored exclusively in the UK.
- Summarised Account Display: Once the AI analysis is complete, a concise summary of the incident will be displayed directly within the Closed Alarm Report.
- Explore More Details: For a deeper dive, you can click "More Details." This expands the analysis to include a bullet-point list called "Key Details," highlighting specific crucial information from the report.
- Show Timeline Insights: Finally, you can click "Show Timeline." This provides an AI-generated summary of the incident's audit log (Activity Journal), specifically highlighting key insights and events from the timeline.
Important Note: If a summary has already been generated for a report by another user, that summary will be retained and displayed. There's no option to re-generate an existing summary. Our AI interface is designed to ensure consistent analysis.
