When enabled by an Administrator, Alarm Intelligence is available to any user who can view a Closed Alarm Report.

Typically, the following user roles have access to view alarm reports:

• Administrators: Administrators generally have full access to all alarm reports within their company.
• Managers: Managers are usually restricted to viewing alarm reports pertaining to their own team members.

Important Privacy Note: Please be aware that managers' access to Closed Alarm Reports may sometimes be restricted due to specific privacy settings configured for your account. If managers do not have access to view the full Closed Alarm Report, they will not be able to use the Alarm Intelligence feature for that report.
