Once Alarm Intelligence has been enabled, users who have access to view Closed Alarm Reports will see the option to use the feature.
Here's how a user can utilise Alarm Intelligence for Real and Precautionary Incidents:
- Access a Closed Alarm Report: Navigate to the Closed Alarm Report you wish to review.
- Click "Generate Summary": At the top of the report, you will find a button to "Generate Summary." Click this to initiate the AI analysis.
- View the Summary: After a brief processing period, a summarised account of the incident will appear directly on the report.
- Explore "More Details": If you need more specific information, click "More Details" to reveal a bullet-point list of "Key Details" extracted by the AI.
- Uncover "Show Timeline" Insights: For a summary of the incident's audit log, click "Show Timeline." This will highlight key insights and events from the incident's timeline.
If a summary has already been generated for a report, it will be displayed automatically. You won't need to generate it again.
