If you have been assigned a Bluethooth Smartbutton button follow these simple steps to pair the Smartbutton to your Peoplesafe app:
Turning on the Smartbutton
- Press and hold for 10 seconds
- The button will beep once
- The button will flash a green LED
Connecting the Smartbutton to the Peoplesafe App for the first time
Important - do not "pair" the button with your phone, follow the setup steps below:
- Turn on the bluethooth button
- Open the Peoplesafe App
- Tap Settings cog, top right corner
- Tap Bluetooth
- Enable Bluetooth and accept permissions if requested
- Tap the dropdown and select the V.Alert device
- The button will beep once, and flash green LED once
The Smartbutton is now connected to the Peoplesafe Pro App.
