Once a Team Broadcast notification has been sent, Nexus provides comprehensive tools to review its delivery and engagement. To access this information:
- Go to the Team Broadcast page in Nexus.
- Locate the sent notification you want to review and click on it.
The Notification Details page will provide the following information:
Overall Statistics
At the top of the page, you'll see a summary of how the notification performed:
- Sent: The total number of recipients the message was sent to.
- Delivered: The number of recipients whose devices successfully received the push notification.
- Read: The number of recipients who have opened and viewed the full message within the Peoplesafe app.
- Acknowledged: The number of recipients who have confirmed they have received and understood the message.
Recipient Status Table
Below the statistics, a detailed table lists each individual recipient. For each user, you can see:
- Recipient Name: The name of the user.
- Selection Method: How they were included in the broadcast (e.g., "Individual," "Team: [Team Name]," "Group: [Group Name]"). This helps you understand the reach of your team and group selections.
- Current State: The current status of the notification for that user (e.g., "Delivered," "Read," "Acknowledged"). This allows you to track the progress of the message for each recipient.
- Read: The date and time the user opened and read the message (if they have done so). This provides insight into when users are engaging with the information.
- Acknowledged: The date and time the user acknowledged the message. This confirms receipt and understanding of critical information.
Exporting Data
For further analysis and record-keeping, the data in the Recipient Status Table can be exported to an Excel (.xlsx) file. Look for an "Export" button on the page. This allows you to perform custom analysis and generate reports on your broadcast communications.
Composed Message
For your reference, the original composed message is displayed to the right of the page. This includes the:
- Title
- Summary
- Details
- Priority
- Selected Teams/Groups
This section is read-only and confirms the content and targeting of the original broadcast.
By utilising the Reviewing Sent Messages page, administrators can gain valuable insights into the effectiveness of their Team Broadcast communications, track user engagement, and maintain records of critical information dissemination.
