When an H&S Administrator sends a Team Broadcast message, here's what you'll experience on your phone:

• Lock Screen Notification: If your phone is locked, you will see a notification appear on the lock screen. This notification will display the Peoplesafe app icon, the title, and a brief summary of the message.
• App Icon Badge: The Peoplesafe app icon on your home screen will display a badge (a small red circle with a number) indicating the number of unread Team Broadcast messages you have received.
• Messages Icon: Inside the Peoplesafe app, the Messages icon (located at the top left of the main screen) will also show a count of your unread Team Broadcast messages.
• Opening from Lock Screen: Tapping on the Team Broadcast notification on your lock screen will directly open the Peoplesafe app and take you to the specific message.
• Accessing within the App: If you are already in the Peoplesafe app, or if you unlock your phone without tapping the initial notification, you can access your Team Broadcast messages by tapping the Messages icon. This will take you to a list of all received messages, with any unread messages highlighted to make them easy to identify.
• Reading the Full Message: Tapping on a message in the list will open it, allowing you to read the full details sent by the H&S Administrator. This page will display the title, summary, and the complete message content.
