The Peoplesafe app automatically provides H&S Administrators with information about the delivery and your engagement with the messages they send:

• Delivered: Once a Team Broadcast message has been successfully delivered to your Peoplesafe app, the administrator will see it marked as "Delivered" in the Nexus system.
• Read: When you open and view the full content of a Team Broadcast message within the Peoplesafe app, the administrator will see it marked as "Read" in their system. This confirms that you have accessed the information.
• Acknowledged: For some critical messages, you may be asked to acknowledge that you have understood the content. If this feature is enabled for a particular message, you will see an Acknowledge button option at the bottom of the message. Tapping this button sends a confirmation back to the administrator, indicating that you have read and understood the information.

Your interaction with the messages helps administrators ensure that critical information is reaching and being understood by everyone.
