Editing a profile

You can edit a person’s profile at any time from the people page, just search for the use and select their name to open their profile.  

Select the edit button to make changes to the personal, vehicle and medical information.  

Profiles should be updated when changes take place. These details can be lifesaving when received alongside an alarm.  

For example:

• When an Escalation Contact gets a new phone number - update this so we can still contact them during an alarm to help us. 
• When a User changes job role - update this and their risks so we know the potential danger they face
