Creating User Profiles

- Always create individual profiles for users with medical conditions.
- Avoid shared profiles unless absolutely necessary.
π§ Steps to Add Hearing Information
- Enable the Hearing Impairment option.
- Choose Full or Partial from the dropdown.
- Under Distinguishing Features, select Medical.
- Add relevant notes in the Add Information section.
- Click the + icon to confirm

- If shared use is unavoidable, clearly state who the medical information applies to in the distinguishing features.
- Set an SMS activity via phone or use the Text Activity Tile in the app when lone working, stating who is using the shared product.
- Shared devices are not recommended for Deaf lone workers.

- Deaf users are encouraged to log text activities for their tasks.
- This provides contextual information about their work and associated risks.
- In the event of an alarm, this information helps the Alarm Response Centre (ARC) respond more effectively.
