If you have not received emails to log into Nexus and are expecting access please check the following reasons.
Do you have the email from Nexus?
Emails are sent from noreply@peoplesafe.co.uk for initial access, 2-factor authentication, and password reset. Search all folders for this email address, including any junk mail boxes. The email subject will be: Welcome to Peoplesafe!
Try a Password Reset
If you cannot find your welcome email, you can try to access Nexus by opening this link https://nexus.peoplesafe.co.uk/login and selecting the Forgot Password? button. You should then receive the below email, click the Confirm password reset button to create & confirm a secure password, and enter Nexus after entering a verification code.
Are emails from Nexus blocked?
Ask your IT team to check that noreply@peoplesafe.co.uk is marked as an approved sender. 24 hours after the block is removed, open Nexus https://nexus.peoplesafe.co.uk/login and select Forgot Password? . You should then receive an email to create and confirm your own secure password to log into Nexus.
Do you have a profile?
Ask your administrator to check if you appear on the People page, with your correct email address and portal access enabled. If you are unsure of who has admin access within your company, contact our support team to assist you.
