A profile will be locked if a password is incorrectly entered 6 times, the user will be notified immediately by email that their account has been locked.
How to find locked profiles
You can filter both the People Report and People page by Profile Status and selecting 'Only Locked' to display locked profiles.
Follow the steps below to unlock the profile so that the person can access Nexus.
How to Unlock a profile:
- To unlock a profile, open Nexus.
- When on the people page, you can find the profile within the list or search for the person’s name.
- Profiles will show as ‘Locked’ in red under the status column.
- Open the profile by clicking the user name,
- Select Unlock.
