This is the number the ARC will call you from when there is an open alarm. This line can also be used for calling the ARC in a non-emergency about your open alarm. |
| Activity Line | +44 20 3535 6644 |
This the line that will call you for overdue welfare checks and overrun timers. Can also be used for starting/stopping timed activities. |
| SMS Line | +44 7700 170 520 |
This line sends app users welfare checks, timer reminder notifications and is also where automated SMS messages come from for the device test line. Can also be used to send messages for starting activities or activating alarms. |
