1. Successful Response (Tap "Yes")
Action: When you respond "Yes" to a Welfare Check, the system records your response.
Outcome: * The current Welfare Check is completed.
Your Activity Timer continues to run, and your next Welfare Check will arrive at the scheduled interval.
2. Unsuccessful Response (Tap "No")
Action: If you respond "No" to a Welfare Check, it indicates a potential emergency.
Outcome:
A "Duress Alarm" is automatically created.
Once the emergency is addressed, the "Duress Alarm" is closed.
Your Activity Timer continues to run, and your next Welfare Check will arrive at the scheduled interval.
3. No Response
Action: You fail to respond to the Welfare Check within 5 minutes of receiving the notification.
Outcome:
The App will receive an overrun notification for a missed check.
A lack of response will trigger automated calls before an alarm is raised.
A call will be made after 5 minutes.
If unanswered, another call will be made after a further 5 minutes.
If these attempts are unsuccessful, a "Welfare Check Failed Alarm" is created.
Once the situation is resolved, the "Welfare Check Failed Alarm" is closed.
Your Activity Timer continues to run, and your next Welfare Check will arrive at the scheduled interval.
