HOW TO: ADD AN AN ESCALATION CONTACT

Create an escalation contact by adding a profile on the people page with the role selected. This will automatically add them to the escalation contacts page.

Upgrade an existing profile

You can also follow the steps below to add any existing profile as an escalation contact, this will automatically update their roles to escalation contact. 

1. Go to Alarm Response Instructions 

2. Select Escalation Contacts from the menu 

3. Select +contact 

4. Search for the person required 

5. Select contact 

6. Press Add 

7. Confirmation will be shown OR an error message will appear if the person does not have the required fields on the escalation 

EDIT: AN ESCALATION CONTACT

The pen icon will allow you to open the person within the people page, to edit any information on the profile. This information will be updated in any escalation plans the contact is assigned to.
