Assigning Standard Mobile
Prerequisites
- User must have an activated profile with portal access enabled.
- Ensure the Standard Mobile number matches the user's primary phone number on their profile.
Option 1: Via Apps & Phones Page
- Go to Apps & Devices > Apps & Phones.
- Review subscription summary (total, assigned, available).
- Click Assign.
- Select Standard Mobile, search for the user, and enter their phone number (Must e the same as their primary phone number on their profile).
- Click Confirm..
🔍 Note: Only activated users will appear. If not found, check and update their profile.
Option 2: Via User Profile
- Go to People and select an activated user.
- In the Apps and Devices panel, click Add/Edit App Subscription.
- Choose Standard Mobile, enter the phone number, and confirm.
Important: Please ensure that users with Standard Mobile have the same telephone number as their primary phone number on their profile page.
Communicate the new phone numbers
Communicate the new phone number to the user so they can begin using the service.
Save these numbers
These Nexus phone numbers must be saved into Standard Mobile device, preferably as speed dials in their phone so an alarm can be raised quickly.
- Raise an Alarm: 0203 750 0999
- Non-Emergency / ARC outbound: 0203 750 0998
- Start, Extend or Cancel Timed Activities: 0203 535 6644
- Record a Voice Memo: 0203 535 6643
