Check if the telephone number already exists in Nexus.
Always check if their telephone number exists already by searching for the number in Nexus, if so, you can easily swap the subscription and telephone number from one person to the other. If the telephone number does not exist, you can re-assign the subscription only and remove any telephone numbers that are no longer needed.
Open the Apps & Devices option on the menu, then Apps & Phones, and search in the Phone number filter at the top of the table. If the number does not appear, it does not already exist.
Reassign the subscription and the telephone number/phone
If the person you are assigning the subscription to, is also obtaining the telephone number/phone of another person, follow this process.
Open the Apps & Devices option on the menu, then Apps & Phones, and search for the persons name or phone number. Then select the Change Assignment icon.
Then enter the person's name you would like to assign the subscription and telephone number to in the box provided and select + to save. Note: Only activated users will appear in the search box.
Reassign the subscription, using a new telephone number
If you are reassigning a Standard Mobile license to a new phone number, not already in Nexus, follow this process.
First, remove the subscription from the person who no longer needs it
Open the Apps & Devices option on the menu, then Apps & Phones, and search for the person's name. Then select the Edit icon.
Select the option for None, then click Confirm.
Finally, assign the subscription to the person who needs it.

Save these numbers
These Nexus phone numbers must be saved into Standard Mobile device, preferably as speed dials in their phone so an alarm can be raised quickly.
